Story

Thanks for taking the time to visiting our JustGiving page.

In February 2015 my dad suffered a severe stroke which has left him completely paraylsed on his left side and wheelchair bound.  Prior to his stroke he was a fit and active Businessman and only the week before his stoke we had been on an active skiing holiday.  He was admitted to The West Raynham Stroke Ward at The QEH in King's Lynn where he stayed for several months.  The staff there were amazing and the care and physio he received definately helped in his recovery. Myself and Jack are taking part in the Norfolk Superheros challenge on 16th June and are raising money for the Stroke Unit at QEH.  We will be doing a 1 mile sea swim followed by a 4 mile kayak through the creeks then a 45 mile cycle route and ending with an 8 mile run across the beach finishing with the last mile over the marsh.  Please sponsor us for this great cause.
