So this year not only I'm going to join our family Run the Ring and support this amazing charity ,I decided to make a difference and walk 850 miles till then. Hope you all going to support me ❤ Will update you with my progress every Sunday. Me and my doggy Oggie are very excited. 

In the UK there are currently 850,000 people living with dementia. This is projected to rise to 1.6 million by 2040. In fact, someone develops dementia every three minutes. Until a cure is found we need better ways of living with this condition. Dementia Adventure believes, with the right support, people living with dementia can continue to enjoy outdoor activities, keep active and retain a sense of adventure in their lives. We have trained thousands of individuals to think differently about dementia and enabled hundreds to enjoy a supported dementia holiday, short break outing - making a huge difference to the health and wellbeing of people with dementia and their families.
