This Autumn, I will be taking on the Royal Parks Half Marathon and raising funds for the National Autistic Society, a cause that is close to my heart.

My son Henry was diagnosed with autism at the start of Reception. This came as a major shock to my wife and I. Henry is now approaching 6 years old and it’s been quite the journey. Henry is the most beautiful little boy and my understanding of Henry and autism itself is growing each day. Sadly there just isn’t enough support for the demand for autism nationwide.

The National Autistic Society strive to support autistic people and their families, and educate wider society to have a better understanding of what autism really is. Thank you in advance for supporting my huge challenge and donating whatever you can, it will make a massive difference.
