Hi everyone! 

I’m going to be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon on the 2nd of April 2023 for the Institute of Cancer Research. The Institute of Cancer Research is where I am currently carrying out my placement year. Having had the privilege to see first hand the positive effect ICR has on people’s lives- it inspired me to want to fundraise for them. 

As a lot of my friends will know, I really am not a big fan of running. Although I did athletics for about 6 years - 200m in my eyes was long distance!

Therefore, I thought why not set myself a goal to run a half marathon….😰 

My fundraising goal is £350 which I’m hoping to smash! I hope you’ll support me by giving what you can to this amazing charity- I can promise you that any donation will make a massive difference. Completing this would be a big achievement for me, and something I’d be really proud of.
