Thanks so much for visiting my JustGiving page.

From 6th - 8th of July I will be walking along Hadrian's Wall with a number of my fellow Opal employees. My target is to walk 60 miles during these 3 days - as I'm sure you can imagine, this will be quite a challenge!

Numerous family members have laughed at me when I've told them of what I plan to do (mainly because they know about my hatred of blisters and pain!!).

However, it is a great opportunity to raise money for a wonderful and very worthy charity. The Opal Foundation support underprivileged children in UK and Africa. 

In the UK, the Opal Foundation has entered into a partnership agreement with the NSPCC. Funding raised will be used to support 30 Child-line Councillors located across the UK.

In Africa, they are in continuing support of AMREF through project 'Bright Hope' which helps women and children affected by HIV and Aids in the Katema Slum in Addis Ababa.

I am fully committed to completing the walk and massively appreciate all your support :) Thank you in advance for any donation you can make.
