Thanks for visiting my page!
Many girls and women are not encouraged to stay active and healthy, and the Sweaty Betty Foundation is helping to change that. I’m running the Royal Parks Half to help raise awareness and hopefully some funds, to help other girls and women like me.
I would describe myself as a part time runner - I definitely didn’t expect to be accepted to run with Sweaty Betty, and as grateful as I am, I had to start training hard to get my fitness up again! 8 weeks of training has flown by so I’m hoping to smash it on race day.
