Story

This is it guys!

I'm finally taking the plunge and (hopefully) completing the (unoffical ) London Thames 100km walk Challengefor charity.

The charity I am walking for is South East and Essex mind. This charity is a local charity supporting mental health, well being and addiction.

Mental health has touched me and my family and is very close to our hearts. I'm sure we can all agree that 2020 has really tested us all mentally and emotionally so I am extremely proud to be walking for mind.

I know its a difficult time for everyone but any spare change will do.

I would like to dedicate this walk to anyone who is suffering in silence and also to my Uncle Christopher Graydon who I know will be walking beside me all the way ❤

I'm really thankful for the support of Michael Flatley's Lord of the Dance in bringing visibility to this charitable cause. If you wish to donate please click the link.
