RJC Dance is a Black British dance organisation with youth development and education at the heart of its work. Committed to vitality, active participation, creativity and renewal, it seeks to inspire, nurture and develop the next generation of young, black artists and arts practitioners.

Story

At the beginning of the summer holidays a seven QM friends and I are doing the Nidderdale Way, a 53 mile walk to raise money for our chosen charities. I have chosen RJC DANCE which gives financially disadvantaged children and teenagers not just a chance to dance but a chance to build friendships they otherwise might not have made and also to improve their confidence. The school  is a black British lead dance organisation based in Leeds. Having watched one of the shows I know that that quality of dance is outstanding and it would be such a waste of talent if a dancer had to stop because of a lack of funding. I would be delighted if you could donate any money as this is a organisation which is important to my family and many others.
