We are very excited to be back at ABP Southampton after a really successful 2022. You can run the full marathon, Half, 10K or 5k taking place on Sunday 2nd April 2023. We can't wait to see everyone wearing our Alfie's Wish tops again! Good luck team!

Alfie's Wish supports children aged 0-16 years old with cancer in the UK by providing days out to them and their families to make special memories together.
