Between 19/07/23 and 23/07/23 Martin and I will be partaking in a London to Paris charity bike ride in support of Claire House Children's Hospice. 

The Hospice helps seriously ill children and their families make the most of the time they have, however long or short that may be. By providing specialist nursing and end of life care, as well as emotional support, Claire House helps families through some of the toughest times imaginable. 

Our cycling adventure will start in Central London on 19/07/23 and end 4 days / 310 miles later at the Champs Elysees in Paris! 

This is a challenge larger than either Martin or myself have ever undertaken, any support no matter how big or small for this fantastic charity is very much appreciated.
