This year, we're celebrating the NHS' 75th Birthday by raising money for a priority project across North Wales, or for a ward or department of of our choice.

My department of choice is the Arfon Community Therapy Team. Any donations will go towards funding additional training and equipment to support the care we give to our patients.

Alongside taking part in the velocity zip wire on 5th July, I am planning to run 7.5km a day for 10 days between 15/6/23 and 30/6/23. I am hoping for a 75p per day donation, making a £7.50 donation per person. I am not a runner so this is certainly a challenge!
