I will be taking part in the London Marathon 2023. I chose to run for Mencap as it’s a charity close to my family.

 My beautiful cousin Laura has been going to Mencap since I can remember and has made Laura strive in day to day life and has provided  invaluable restbite for my Auntie Linda as her full time carer. Everything they do is about valuing and supporting people with a learning disability, and their families and carers. Through Mencap’s services they want to make a difference to the lives of people with a learning disability here and now. That means listening to them, understanding what they like, and supporting them to make decisions and achieve the things they want to achieve.

So I will be running for families that need the support of charities such as Mencap. Any donations possible will be greatly appreciated to raise money for an amazing cause that’s helps so many people around the UK.
