On the 9th November 2021, the most beautiful, caring and kindest soul, Lucy West, lost her life to suicide. I will be taking part in the Big Half Marathon in September 2023 in memory of Lucy and will be raising funds for Papyrus. 

Papyrus UK is a charity for the prevention of young suicide. With over 200 teenagers losing their life to suicide every year, Papyrus has developed a guide to suicide prevention, intervention & postvention in schools and colleges aimed specifically at teachers to equip them with the skills and knowledge necessary to support students who may be having suicidal thoughts.

The Big Half follows a stunning 13.1 mile closed-road course, starting by London's iconic Tower Bridge and finishing at Cutty Sark in Greenwich.

Any support will be very much appreciated and all donations will be going directly to this charity.
