I'll be participating in The Rowan's Hospice Moonlit Memories Walk on the 20th June 2015. I will be raising money for an exceptional charity and hospice who provided my Grandma with the most comfortable and caring last few weeks of her life. The Rowan's Hospice is run completely via donations and deserves every penny it receives. 

For anyone that knew my Grandma Pam, they'll know how selfless she was and how many people she helped during her life. She would be truly honoured that people are donating in her memory. Rest in peace Grandma, we'll do you proud x
