Liv and Mum's 26 Yoga Poses

We will be trying to complete 26 yoga poses per day for 26 days.
We will be using FaceTime to complete this challenge together whilst staying safe during this hard time.
At this time of year charities would be gearing up to support all the brilliant people who take part in the big event such as the London Marathon. Unfortunatly, to keep us all safe, these big events have been canceled. BUT charities, especially local ones, still need donations to provide the excellent support for those who need them.
The Yorkshire Brain Tumour Charity supports those in Yorkshire who have been affected by brain tumours. 12 people in Yorkshire are diagnosed with a brain tumour every week and need the support now more than ever.
We know that money may be tight at the moment but please give what you can and hope my Mum and I SMASH this goal.
