Story
Thanks for visiting my Race for Life page.
Race for life may be a women's event, but it's men and women that suffer from this awful disease. My uncle is suffering right now, he was diagnosed just after Christmas and his health has rapidly declined. My grandad also died from a brain tumour, I never got to meet him but everyone tells me what a great man he was and never deserved to be taken so young.
I thought doing the race for life would be a great incentive to get fit for summer, but to also raise awareness and donations for cancer research UK. So thank you for your donations, give as little or a lot but remember every penny counts.
