Hello to you all!

On 31 July I'm competing in my first ever triathlon.

I've entered the Olympic distance female category which consists of a gruelling 1500m open water swim (see pic), 40k bike ride and 10k run.

FINALLY - If you'd like to come and watch and have a laugh at me crossing the line I'll be kicking off from 8.30am and hoping to finish by 12.30pm. Let's hope I won't look like this:
