Hello everyone!

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This morning I made the desicion to finally go ahead and register for the Ikano Robin Hood Half Marathon, which will take place in September this year. I will be running to raise money for Cancer Research UK, in memory of a lovely friend, Alexis.

Having seen some of the amazing efforts made by her family and friends over the past year or so, I thought it was about time I did something myself. I figured if Alexis could go through everything that she did with a smile on her face, I can most definitely drag myself along for 13 miles!

Cancer Research UK is a fantastic charity, whose life-saving work helps to find new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat an awful disease which affects so many people. 

Details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Any donations will be so appreciated, and will no doubt spur me on to cross that finishing line - whether I crawl over or not, I will do it!
