There are 5 of us who are going to be swimming the English Channel. However we are swimming lengths of the pool for this. 266 lengths each of a 25m pool at school.We decided on Suchhope as a charity because the founder is Henry Chitsenga, (Maths teacher at St. Edwards, Oxford). This is a Sub-Saharan children’s hope trust. This is their quote:

“We aim to empower youths and communities through education, poverty
relief, healthcare projects and the support necessary to enable individuals to
become self-sufficient.”
