Story

Hi everyone! Thank you for visiting my justgiving page.

My name is Ollie Crossley and I am running the London Marathon for the neuro-rehabilitation team at the John Radcliffe Hospital who were vital in my recovery from a stroke in 2017.

Despite not being affected physically for long I suffered severe aphasia so was unable to speak, write or read initially. Although this sounds horrible, I was able to make leaps and bounds due to the excellent support I was receiving from the neuro-rehab team at the Oxford Hospitals for the first year of my recovery. Without this amazing team it honestly wouldn't have been possible to get me to the place I am now and I will be eternally grateful for the people involved in my treatment and my recovery.

Thank you so much to anyone who makes any donation to this amazing cause and to all of the support I have already received from friends and family. I hope to make you proud on race day!
