On Thursday 6th August 2020 while my family are still in bed, I will be switching the comfort of my bed for my cycling gear and the open road to ride all the way round Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire in the space of just a single day covering a respectable distance of just shy of 170 miles - the magic number is 169.6.

Now I know what you lot are thinking - that sounds like a huge challenge and that I must be absolutely insane to do it in the space of a single day. That's right I am and the reason being is our NHS during this pandemic have been absolutely brilliant - putting their lives on the line to save ours and it's only fair to pay them our respects to say what an amazing job they do.
