Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We decided a few weeks ago - for no real reason - to do something that pushed us physically. We also decided that we would also use it as an opportunity to raise some money. The plan is to run 26.2 miles in 24 hours - 1 mile every hour (except for 2 miles in each f the 1st 2 hours). We've never run that far before - and it will be hard! 

I will be raising money for a mate of mine who is also 13 but has a rare eye disease called Retinitis Pigementosa. Gradually sight reduces and ultimately results in blindness - and my mate, who is a great rugby player, has now had to stop playing. I would like to raise funds for the charity "Retina UK" who provide support to people suffering from this horrible disease.
