I'm taking on the inaugural London Landmarks Skyscraper Challenge this September.

It's the first event of its kind in the world and involves running up 42 floors of the iconic Cheesegrater building (The Leadenhall Building), before abseiling over 200 meters down to the ground - the UK's highest abseil challenge.

I'll be one of just eight people fundraising for Dementia UK, who do incredible work for a cause that has affected my family and countless others around the country.
