Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Olympus Automation is entering a 10 person team made up of employees and customers from the food industry in the gruelling Coast 2 Coast In A Day Challenge raising money for the British Heart Foundation.

The coast to coast route is a iconic route cycled by hundreds of people every year, usually over 4 or 5 days, were doing it in 1. The 150 mile route starts on the coast of Cumbria and finishes on the coast of North Yorkshire taking in 4500 metres of ascent, a huge challenge for the not so Bradley Wigan's bodies of the Olympus Automation team.

The British Heart Foundation is a charity very close to the team's heart because of the work we do in the food industry related to salt reduction. Coronary heart disease is the UK's single biggest killer and for over 50 years the BHF has pioneered research that's transformed the lives of people living with heart and circulatory conditions.

Any donation you can make would be greatly appreciated.
