Hi I'm Omar,

I am 9 years old and I am going to do a 1 month walk challenge from the 1st of May. I am going to walk 3 miles every weekday to help carers young and old. My big brother Zain takes care of me and my little brother Dawud every day. He makes sure we are ready for school and fed and always looked after. As you can see my big brother does a lot for me and Dawud. We are very blessed to have him. Because I love him I am going to do this challenge so carers like him will get the love they deserve. By doing this walk I will become more more independent and one day walk by myself. Then it will be easier for my brother to care for me and he can get some time for himself.

For people in caring roles, most find it hard to get time to help themselves. They sacrifice their time so people who need caring are always helped. The charity I am going to fundraise for will make sure to care for the people that always care for others.
