Charity begins at home.

I've already raised money for a couple of charities but when my dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer, it really hit home.

The drugs they have are really helping him and I want to make sure that help can be even better and far reaching. So I'm backing the folk at Prostate cancer UK to give them all the support they need to keep tackling this horrible disease.

My challenge is simple- to smash my 1 hour 34 mins PB in a local half marathon here in Japan. Then, in Feb 2019 I'm going to crack the 3.30 mark for a full marathon. That's about 29 minutes off my current best.

I'm running virtual events and selling great running related gear and a whopping 10% of all of it will go to this charity.
