Women's Aid is working to end domestic abuse against women and children. I'm raising £1000 in one week for them and if I don't — I'll donate the rest myself.

Can I afford that? No. Is it financially irresponsible? Yes. Will it put a strain on my relationship and overall happiness? Abso — and I can't stress this enough — lutely.

But it's for an amazing cause and I'm hoping I won't have to. Every pound you donate is a pound you've saved me. Sure, you could not donate and technically it would only hurt me, not the charity, but come on?

No, seriously. Come on. I really cannot afford this.
