I'm supporting the Oxford & Summertown Different Strokes Charity Campaign by (Insert event here). Different Strokes is the only charity dedicated to younger stroke survivors. They have supported our colleague after suffering a stroke and we know how vital this support is to him and other stroke survivors to reclaim their lives through active peer support.
