ONLINE EASTER COMPETITION – ST PETER & ST JAMES HOSPICE
OPEN FROM 20th MARCH - 17th APRIL 2021
The Burgess Hill Support Group of St Peter & St James Hospice sadly have had to cancel most of their fundraising events due to Covid19. To raise some funds in aid of the charity we are holding a series of online events and this is our 3rd virtual fundraiser.
HOW TO ENTER –
To enter simply donate a minimum of £2 per photo via this online donation page and confirm which categories you would like to enter.
*PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR NAME IS DISPLAYED ON THE DONATION SO THAT I KNOW WHO IT HAS COME FROM – YOU CAN ENTER AS MANY TIMES AS YOU LIKE, HOWEVER, EACH ENTRY HAS A MINIMUM OF £2 DONATION*
The categories are open to any age group–
- Best Easter Bonnet
- Best Easter Cake
- Best Decorated Easter Egg Colouring
- Best Easter Pet Photo (a photo of your pet with an Easter theme)
- Best Easter Craft
- Best ‘Spring’ photo (a photo of anything that has a Spring theme)
*PLEASE NOTE - NO PHOTOS WITH PEOPLE OR CHILDREN CAN BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ENTERED*
-Your photos can be new (or previously taken)
-The judge will decide a winner of each of the above categories who will win a rosette.
-These winners in each category will then go through to the ‘FINAL’. These photos will then go to an independent judge and I will announce the final winner & runner up asap
-The final winner will receive a meal voucher for 2 people at the Woolpack in Burgess Hill and the runner up will receive a bottle of vintage sparkling wine kindly donated by them – the winners details will be passed to our groups chair to arrange collection.
-When you have decided which category (or categories) you would like to enter, please send your photo(s) and state which category you would like to enter.
-You can enter however many times you like (and whatever categories), however, each entry is a minimum of £2
-Email entries will be accepted. Please send you photo(s) to – justine-crookall@live.co.uk
-No videos or 3D photos can be accepted
-All categories end at 3pm on Saturday 17th April 2021. I will announce the winners asap
-By entering this competition, you are agreeing that your photo(s) entered will be displayed on the events facebook page and social media. They may also be used for promoting the fundraiser in other formats.
-Please be aware that if you have entered your photo's will be posted into the corresponding album. However, facebook will no longer let me move the photos to date order, so to see your entry you will need to actually open each album and scroll through all of the photos to find your entry
