OPEN 3 Peaks Challenge · 1 July 2016

We raise money to improve the lives of people affected by cancer. From funding state-of-the-art equipment and groundbreaking research, to creating the very best patient environments, we will never stop looking for ways to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.

Story

Hi Everyone

We are a team of hikers, from across the OPEN group who are working and training hard to accomplish the 3 Peaks Challenge on behalf of The Royal Marsden.

The 3 peaks are Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in England, and Snowdon in Wales. The aim is to complete them in that order. We are travelling to Fort William on the Friday (1st), starting with Ben Nevis on the Saturday morning (2nd), climb Scafell Pike that night and finish Snowdon on Sunday (3rd) in Wales!

We aim to complete the event in 24 hours - To do this we need to complete Ben Nevis in 5 hours, Scafell Pike in 4 hours and Snowdon in 4 hours, however this will depend upon the speed of the group.

Please help us to make our blisters and aching muscles a little easier to take by donating a little money to The Royal Marsden :)

Thank you so much
