The Lullaby Trust exists to keep babies safe and to keep grieving families supported. We fund life-saving research, empower families with expert baby safety advice and support grieving families through their darkest days. We won’t give up until no baby dies suddenly or unexpectedly.

Story

As part of our commitment to charity, on Sunday 30 June 2013 (at approx. 12 noon), Orchard colleagues; Ian Shard, Craig Tither, Donna King, Ian Jack, Andy Gough, Paul Crennell, Adam Clark, Kelly McKeith, Mark Loveridge, Colin Ellis and Emma Shard are taking part in a zip slide across the Tyne in aid of the Lullaby Trust. Our adventure starts 40m up, from the roof of BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art in Gateshead, and travels 280m diagonally across the River Tyne before finishing on the Newcastle Quayside.

Orchard has chosen to support The Lullaby Trust in its fundraising efforts this year, in support of our colleague Craig Tither, who’s 28 month old daughter, Imogen was sadly taken in her sleep last year, with no warning or reasonable explanation.  Every single penny raised will be used by the Lullaby Trust to help prevent tragedies like this happening to other families, and provide much needed support to the unlucky ones like our colleague Craig.

So please dig deep and donate now.
