Story
Everyone should have a project or challenge in life and in the coming weeks this is ours!
In the Scottish summer/autumn (yikes) of 2013, Scott Burns-Smith and Lynne Savage, colleagues at Orion Group will attempt to swim across the width of Loch Ness at it's widest point in aid of Highland Hospice and the RNLI, two exceptional and well deserved charities.
Whilst there are a fair few number of crossings a year, Loch Ness still carries a level of danger, from the baltic Highland waters never reaching more than10c to the possibility of being eaten by the world's most famous and elusive monster!
COMPETITION - WIN FLIGHTS TO ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD
Dial A Flight one of the premium sponsors of the challenge have generously donated a fantastic prize to help us raise as much money as possible. The prize is for a pair of tickets to anywhere in the world on the Virgin Atlantic network, (excluding Sydney Australia)
When pledging your minimum £10 donation through our Just Giving Page, at the point of submitting your donation where it asks you to leave a comment or good luck message stipulate the time you think it will take the two swimmers to finish the challenge (the two times will be added together) and don't forget to leave your full name.
If for some unknown reason you are a stranger to both Lynne and Scott please email: marketing@orioneng.com with your entry time and contact details.
