WHY WE CHOSE MY BLACK DOG:

I have been fortunate enough to volunteer with My Black Dog in different capacities for a while now and understand how valuable the service is to those who need it.

My Black Dog allows people living with mental health difficulties to chat online with others who have experienced mental health difficulties. Whilst this isn't a 'crisis' support service, it does offer a chance for anyone struggling to take to someone who gets it.

Whilst the charity relies on many volunteers to support the chat service, it also requires financial support to keep this invaluable service running. Your donation will go to help make sure that those who need to talk to someone, can talk to someone.
