In celebration of International Women's Day, we have teamed up with Smart Works to take part in their annual week-long spin challenge, beginning on Friday 1 March and ending on International Women's Day (Friday 8 March). Smart Works is a charity which specialises in helping unemployed women get back into work.

Over 100 people across Osborne Clarke's 3 UK offices: London, Bristol and Thames Valley, will be taking on the challenge. This involves teams of 5 joining forces with the aim of spinning or cycling 500 miles between 1 and 8 March. Through a combination of spin classes, exercise bike sessions, cycling to and from work or at the weekend, the following teams are hoping to go the extra mile for Smart Works:
