Sadaka is a charity for the homeless and needy based in Reading with an ethos of giving without judgement or bias. Our mission is the prevention and relief of poverty and hardship by providing food, clothing and basic household items to the needy. Through our work, we engender community cohesion.

Story

To be entered into the prize draw (open to all UK employees, not just
Reading), you must donate at least £5, be a current OpenText (or
acquisition) employee, and opt to show your name on the supporters list.
Entries after 19th November will not be counted in the raffle.

It is Sadaka's mission to prevent and relieve poverty and financial hardship in Reading by providing food, clothing and basic household items to individuals in need, and by supporting other organisations which work to prevent or relieve poverty in Reading. We are in our third year as a charity and have already seen some individuals get into accommodation and work. Supporting people with complex issues is not easy, but we have wonderful volunteers who come from all walks of life who make our work possible.
