Founded in 2014, Dementia Support is a young, unique charity that provides complete dementia services in one community-based hub, known as Sage House. We provide support and information to anyone wanting to know more about how to live well with dementia, both pre and post diagnosis.

Story

The staff from Dementia Support will be taking part in the Madehurst Southdowns 5 & 10k to raise funds for the life changing dementia services at Sage House.
