So Ian text me a link to a ride and said this looked fun, fancy the 30k?? 

I looked it up and saw it was for st Luke’s hospice, and a few days later we were signed up for the 52k!! 

St Luke’s helped with my grandad during his leukemia treatment and up to his death, so I definitely see it as a good cause, and we get the bonus of having a bit of fun and an adventure whilst hopefully raising a couple of quid!
