Shwmae!

Ym mis Gorffennaf 2023 byddaf yn cymryd rhan yn l'Etape du Tour de France; 157km o beico rhwng Annemasse a Morzine, yn cynnwys dros 4,100m o ddringo! https://www.letapedutourdefrance.com/en 

Byddaf yn defnyddio'r sialens i godi arian ar gyfer Macmillan ac yn gwerthfawrogi unrhyw gyfraniad tuag at hwnna. Mae 10 mlynedd ers colli Dats (dadcu) i gancr felly mae'r elusen yn un sy'n bwysig i'r teulu. Bydd e ar fy meddwl ac yn helpu i wthio fi ar ddydd y digwyddiad!

In July 2023 I'll be taking part in the l'Etape du Tour de France; 157km of cycling between Annemasse and Morzine, including over 4,100m of climbing! https://www.letapedutourdefrance.com/en

I'll be using the challenge to raise money for Macmillan and would appreciate any contribution towards that. Ten years ago, we lost Dats (grandad) to cancer so the charity is an important one for the family. Thinking of him will help to push me on the day of the event!
