Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

The three of us ran our first Half Marathon in Cardiff last October. We all did it for different charities and decided that we wanted to do something together to raise money for Parkinsons UK.

Our mum was diagnosed with Parkinsons in 2006 and she has been amazing at coping with the disease. Mum has always been so strong, despite losing her husband to cancer three years ago. She is an amazing inspiration and although she moved into a care home last year, her strength of character still powers on and we wanted to give something back so we decided to run our first full marathon.

We would be very grateful if you could sponsor us to raise as much as we can for such a great cause.
