After too many years in 'running retirement', I'll attempting to once again drag the ageing frame around the streets of Bath on October 15 for the first time since the late 1990s.

The deal is, I raise (at least) £250 for WaterAid. You can find out more about the WaterAid cause below.

Oh...........and I've got to run 13-plus miles(!).

Myself and a number of my colleagues are all taking on this challenge with the support of our employer Wessex Water.
