As a group of students and academics we shall be cycling through the beautiful English countryside on 15 June. As members of Pembroke College we know that academic freedom is really important, and one way to support it is helping academics at risk from their governments. We have supported a CARA scholar for a number of years, and the needs, particularly in Syria, continue to grow.
