Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page!

We are a research team based at Oxford University wanting to help people with Parkinson's (PwP). We dedicate our lives to finding a cure for this disease, and we are well aware that the effects of the covid 19 pandemic will be felt by many at risk, including many PwP. We want to do as much as we can in order to help Parkinson's UK with the increase in demand for their services they are facing in these difficult times. We can't leave PwP unsupported when they need us the most, so we're trying to do our best by baking, running, skipping, training our dogs, stepping, climbing stairs, cycling, dancing, doing kick-ups, burpees and more!!!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.
