Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We all work in a team of Diabetes Specialist Nurses covering Oxfordshire. Between us we have many years experience working with people with diabetes and their families and cannot think of a better charity than Diabetes UK to raise money for.

They provide wide ranging types of support for people living with diabetes, their families/carers as well as health care professionals.

Much of our time is spent promoting a healthy lifestyle so we thought we would set a good example, practise what we preach, shake off the winter cobwebs and get on our bikes!! We have various levels of cycling experience and are looking forward to training together - we are hoping for some better weather and will post updates.

Your support with a donation, no matter how small, will help us reach our target of £900. This event https://www.prudentialridelondon.co.uk/events/46/ is an important fundraising event for Diabetes UK and will enable them to keep providing such a valuable service. We really appreciate your support.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Just Giving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
