During lockdown we couldn't do very much but we did have quiet roads with no traffic. My dad thought it would be a good idea to practice riding on the road. 

Since then I've managed to ride 20 miles total on my mountain bike. I thought it would be good to complete the cycle 4 cynthia 25miles and raise some money for Cynthia Spencer Hospice who looked after my Great Pappy (Bill Spear).

I want to raise £204 as this is my number for the ride. Thanks for looking and thanks again for donating.
