Hello friends! This week I will be running Cardiff's half marathon raising money for cancer research.

Cancer affects us all, directly or indirectly. It is our duty to do everything we can to accelerate the development of treatments and increase the understanding of these diseases, thus giving hope and a better quality of life to the people affected by them. For this reason, I ask you to consider donating to the cause.

100% of the donations will be going to the cancer research team at Cardiff University. If you would like to help, please donate generously using my JustGiving link and/or share the post.

Queridos amigos. Esta semana voy a correr la media maratón de Cardiff con el objetivo de recaudar dinero para financiar la investigación contra el cáncer.

El cáncer nos afecta a todos, directa o indirectamente. Está en nuestras manos hacer todo lo posible para acelerar el desarrollo de tratamientos, dando así esperanza y mejor calidad de vida las personas que se ven afectadas por estas enfermedades.
