As some of you may already be aware, Dan and Ben's dad (Chris) recently suffered multiple cardiac arrests. Thankfully, their Mum (Lynn) was there to administer CPR for 20 minutes before the paramedics arrived. With Lynn's quick thinking and the outstanding care Chris received at the ICU, he is here to tell the tale.

In light of this, and following three successful years at Radyr Golf Club in Cardiff, the four of us have decided to give the Longest Day Golf Challenge another go on the 23rd June - this time at Mendip Golf Club in Somerset in aid of the University Hospital Bristol and Bristol and Western NHS Foundation Trust.

For those unaware of the challenge, the idea is to play 4 rounds of golf in 1 day! Sounds easy doesn't it…well, the first 2 rounds are at least!

We will start our challenge around 5am, finish (hopefully) around 10pm, walk over 22 miles (44,000 steps), swing a lot of clubs, and lose a lot of balls!

We’d be very grateful if you could all dig deep and help us get to our £2,000 target.
