Story

Mental Health Matters!

In aid of Mental Health Awareness Week we've decided to set up a JustGiving page to raise money for Mind in Kingston. By donating as little as £2 you will not only be supporting such an amazing and important cause, but you will also be entering yourself into a competition to win an Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Board and a 1:1 beginner lesson.

This year's theme of: NATURE couldn't resonate with us more. We've all seen in the news how GP's are now prescribing paddle boarding to help with mental health - and this is partly due to research telling us that spending time by water can help us to feel happier and healthier.

Joshua and India at Paddle Up have both experienced poor mental health and believe it's important to open up the conversation. Being on the water each day brings us peace and tranquillity which we want to share with as many people as possible.

🏄‍♀️ One donation equals one entry

🏄‍♀️ Multiple donations will not mean multiple entries

🏄‍♀️ The more money you donate does not equal more entries

🏄‍♀️ Competition ends 10/06/2021 (winner announced 12/06/2021)

🏄‍♀️  Winner must collect SUP and complete lesson in Shepperton, Surrey
