I'm having a rest from competitive endurance racing this year so when a friend suggested that we have a go at the Heart of York Bike Ride 2014 it seemed like a good goal event to aim my training at whilst also being an opportunity to rememeber Nigel who loved to cycle and raise some money for the charity that could have saved his life.
