My Nanny Margaret Jackson sadly lost her fight against breast cancer before I was born so I have been robbed of her and her amazing personality and smile. It really hit home this year when her husband, my Grandpa, was struck down with lymphoma cancer and is battling with chemotherapy. I dont want to lose another grandparent as I have also lost my Grandad to Vascular Dementia on rememberance day 2010, however your donations could ensure that I keep my Grandpa as well as helping many other loved ones in other families being saved from this horrendous disease. I do lots of charity work including the poppy appeal and raised over £300 and over £100 for children in need. I want to be able to make an impact like I have with other charities. Thankyou so much, any contributin no matter how small will make a difference and can help change lives.
