Im raising money for MIND as this charity has been so important to me and my young adult life. It’s no secret that I struggled with an eating disorder but this this lead to anxiety issues and panic attacks. I would turn to MIND fairly often and use resources on their website to help me through the day and although I never reach out to a person from the charity, I wish I had had the confidence to do so and I would always encourage someone who needs the charity now to reach out and use the resources that are available through MIND.

As a mum, I continued to struggle with anxiety but on a whole new level. Again, I used to used MIND resources to help but now had the confidence to reach out to doctors for additional support too as I knew this was the best thing to do for me and Baby!

I’m now settled into life as a Mum with the support and help I needed from various places and ready to take on the challenge of All Stars Ice Hockey weekend!! ❤️
